Personal Training in Indian Trail, NC
Every program starts the same way: a free session with a certified trainer to figure out where you stand, what you want to work on, and what's actually realistic given your schedule. After that, the plan is yours, not something pulled off a shelf.
How It Works
Free Assessment Session
Thirty minutes with a certified trainer at our Indian Trail location. We talk through your goals, your schedule, and where you're starting from right now. No sales pitch involved.
A Plan That Fits Your Life
Your trainer puts a plan together based on your schedule, your goals, and your current experience. New to training, or coming back after time off? Either way, we start from where you actually are.
Coaching That Adjusts As You Go
You keep working with the same trainer, and the plan changes as you get stronger, your schedule shifts, or your goals move.
What's Included
- One-on-one or small-group coaching with a certified trainer
- A plan shaped around your actual goals, not a one-size-fits-all template
- Flexible scheduling, plus 24/7 facility access between sessions
- Regular check-ins so the plan keeps up with your progress
Training Specialties
Every program is one-on-one or small group. Here's what our trainers coach most, and what each one actually looks like in practice:
Strength & Conditioning
Built for lifters at every stage, whether you're stepping under a barbell for the first time or you've trained for years and want a real program instead of freestyling it. Your trainer plans each session in advance and tracks your lifts, so the work progresses instead of repeating the same workout on a loop.
Sessions might focus on compound lifts, conditioning intervals, or a mix of both, depending on what you're training for. If you've got a specific target, a strength number, a race, a season, we build the program around that timeline.
Health & Wellness
The starting point for people who want to move and feel better day to day without jumping straight into a specialized program. Sessions focus on building a consistent habit first: showing up, moving well, and adding intensity gradually as your body adapts.
Your trainer keeps things approachable, no gym jargon, no assumption that you already know what you're doing. It's a solid fit if you're easing back into exercise after a break, or building a routine from scratch for the first time.
Physique
A structured approach to changing how your body looks and performs, whether that means adding muscle, losing fat, or both. Your trainer builds the plan around your current level and adjusts it as you go, factoring in recovery and consistency, not just the workouts themselves.
This is coaching, not a template: expect real conversations about what's realistic and how long meaningful change actually takes. Progress depends on the work you put in outside of sessions too, and we're upfront about that from day one.
Weight Loss
A coached approach to weight loss built around habits you can keep, not a plan designed to be abandoned after two weeks. Your trainer works from your current fitness level and schedule, and adjusts the pace as you go instead of following a fixed template.
Expect regular check-ins to keep things honest and catch problems early, a schedule conflict, a plateau, motivation running low. We'll talk through a realistic pace during your free session; no crash-diet promises.
Rehab & Injury Prevention
Training built around an old injury, or aimed at the kind of strength and mobility that helps prevent a new one. Your trainer prioritizes form and control over load, and pays close attention to how your body responds from one session to the next.
This isn't physical therapy and it isn't medical treatment. If you're under a doctor's or physical therapist's care, we work within their guidance rather than around it, and we'll ask about any restrictions before building your plan. Good fit if you're easing back into training after time off, or a nagging issue keeps flaring up no matter what you try on your own.
Functional Fitness
Built around the movement patterns you actually use outside the gym: lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, changing direction. Instead of isolating one muscle at a time on a machine, sessions combine movements the way your body actually uses them.
Your trainer designs the program around your current mobility and strength, so capability builds without overloading you early on. A strong fit if staying capable, for a sport, a physical job, or keeping up with your kids, matters more to you than a number on a lift.
Active Aging
Focused on strength, balance, and mobility, the things that keep you independent as you get older. Sessions are one-on-one or small group, so your trainer adjusts the pace and intensity to exactly where you are, instead of fitting you into a class built for someone else's level.
The focus is on functional strength, getting up from a chair, carrying groceries, staying steady on your feet, as much as any specific fitness number. Works well whether you're new to structured exercise or returning to training after a break or a health event.
Who It's For
Personal training here fits a lot of different starting points. Maybe you've never trained with a coach and want a plan you'll actually stick with. Maybe you've hit a wall training on your own and need a second set of eyes. Or maybe you already know what you want but not how to get there. One-on-one or small-group coaching gives you a real plan and someone in your corner.
Clients come in from Monroe, Matthews, Waxhaw, and the rest of Union County too, not just Indian Trail proper.
Pricing
Exact pricing depends on the plan and package that fit your goals. We'll walk through the numbers during your free session, in person or by phone.
